Actually the first time I worked with Roop was when….. We thought that there was an issue with parts that you were making, and then we discovered that we had not given you the correct drawings. The sense of urgency to correct the problem never changed once Roop found out it was not their problem. The Roop representatives were very impressive with their superior level of customer service, and once again, I see how responsive Roop is to our needs. We could certainly take lessons from you! Thank you again for your quick response, and we appreciate your help in making the necessary adjustments going forward, so that the imports can be made correctly
